This is a apartment which we purchased in December 2001. During January 2002 we fully furnished and equipped it,and had lockable gates fitted, an added security for guests with young children.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a two storey building on the outskirts of Torrevieja. It is situated in the urbanization Lomas del golf at
Villamartin
The north facing apartment has a porch with table and chairs for "al fresco" dining and a patio area with sun loungers which can be wheeled to the communal pool area which is a few feet downstairs.
One double bedroom and one twin bedded room sleeps 4 people, both rooms contain fitted wardrobe and drawers.
The lounge/diner has one setting,sleeps two, side dresser, coffee table, dining table and four chairs. For entertainment there is a radio cassette player and TV .
The fully fitted kitchen is complete with fridge/freezer, electric hob, oven, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery etc.
We are close to a variety of Mediterranean Blue Flag award beaches and 3 golf courses, including Villamartin. The town of Torrevieja is a short drive away.
Just a short walk away are supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
Alicante airport is 40 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes drive.
Murcia airport is approximately 30 minutes drive.
